  1. I think one thing that IP.Board has been lacking in the past is an easier way to manage user groups. As new permissions are added in new versions, it becomes rather time consuming to update every user group to ensure these are set how we'd like, especially for anyone running a board with 10+ groups. It would be great if we could just have each group (optionally) inherit permissions from another group, and the ability to leave a permission blank in order to inherit it from the parent group. Right now, the only way to get anything close to this would be to assign tons of secondary groups, but in the end I think that just makes it more confusing to manage everything.
  2. The main issues I've seen so far are that you can't change a ticket's department or status and that you can't delete tickets. Aside from that, it's been working pretty well for me. The only other thing I could think of to add right now is something like multi-mod for the ticket system, but more or less just canned responses that can also change the status / department in addition to adding a reply.
  3. Hello, Recently my MySQL server crashed and it seems that the EVENTS table in the information_schema database got corrupted. When I try to backup a database with SQLYog, it runs the following statement... select `EVENT_NAME` from `INFORMATION_SCHEMA`.`EVENTS` where `EVENT_SCHEMA` = 'database_name' order by EVENT_NAME ...and results in the following error: Cannot proceed because system tables used by Event Scheduler were found damaged at server start When I try to repair the EVENTS table, it says access denied, and running mysql_upgrade doesn't help either. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks, Nick
  4. I have a few suggestions that would greatly improve the usability of IP.Subscriptions. One would be the ability to select groups allowed to purchase a specific package. Also, packages that are free would not go through a payment gateway (working on a custom gateway for free packages for now). Free packages are a good way to allow users to join a specific group that doesn't necessarily have any premium benefits (sort of like a volunteer group). - Nick
