  1. Necessary vs. Unnecessary cookies are a compliance change in how the world is handling them now. Features will not stay the same over the span of our product line 😉 . We have strayed far away from the support side of the topic now so I will close it. If you would like to see a change, please create a topic in the Feedback forum.
  2. Just like anything in our software, we cannot provide a solution for every individual or edge-case scenario one will encounter. We can only do what's right for our customers, in this case, not apply an unnecessary cookie until a user accepts that. As a theme author, it is your responsibility to work with your client to get the theme in an environment that you can review the issue. Whether that's duplicating the environment to a test, exporting the theme, setting up a window to test, etc.. etc...
  3. You would need to set your theme as the default theme. Theme'ing should not be done on a production installation so that you can set things like this as needed to style your theme.
  4. Simply because you have done something in the past, does not mean that it will change, I'm afraid. The user will have to accept unnecessary cookies before we can put an unnecessary cookie on their device.
  5. On your website, not in your browser. As seen in your screenshot in your original post, you have not:
  6. You will need to ensure that you accept cookies as the theme selection is handled by a cookie.
  7. What browser are you using? Do you have any extensions/plugins? If so, I would disable those and test again.
  8. We have not been able to login to your ACP yet so we are unable to determine that.
  9. Security support for 8.1 does not end till late November of this year. It is still supported: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php As mentioned by Stuart above, we will be noting this more present during upgrades.
  10. Looks like you are missing your .htaccess for rewritten URLs. You would want to go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> download the file in the description for the field "Rewrite URLs?"
  11. Google Analytics omits bots 😉 . You would need to check your server logs for actual requests to the server.
  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  13. Unfortunately, we cannot comment what is happening after our software hands it off to your email provider, but I can confirm that your notification settings are set correctly. Could you please let us know your display name or ID?
  14. Keep in mind topic views are not a unique count of users and include any visit to the topic, whether real human or bot. Sounds like a bot may be hitting that topic frequently.
