  1. I updated and all sorted now.
  2. I* can not even click on a category. Just gives error. http://www.windowcleaningforums.co.uk/links/
  3. Keep getting errors when submitting a link "Unable to proceed because the link URL specified is not valid" I have tried several ways e.i with http:// without http:// with a trailing/ and not with www. and without what is happening?
  4. Will this stop any bots from accessing contact etc?
  5. fantastic thank you!
  6. Anyone?
  7. How do i remove the VIP members tab at the top of site?
  8. All good seems i just needed to removed files for those apps then uninstall via the admin then re install them. All sorted now.
  9. Ah, i thought that and did look at what i was removing but presumed it was extra old entries etc. Just a case of re installing them i guess?
  10. Hi, i have used this app which in the most part worked great. I have found however that it has removed some plugins that were active and a couple of apps that were also active do not work. The VIP members app and PM viewer app now show a database error when i click on them. I thought this only removed things that were extra or not needed but theses apps and hooks were all in use and active.
  11. it was one usrl when visiting the site it shows up fine, i turned off the check valid urls in settings then was able to submit it.

  13. Ha fantastic that actually seems to work not sure if this is the correct way or not but seems to work! Also you might want to add [NC] like mine as this also makes domain.com/INDEX.PHP direct to domain.com RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain.co.uk [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.co.uk/$1 [L,R=301] RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9} /.*index.php HTTP/ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)index.php$ http://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
  14. OK so I managed to get a little further by adding this under what I currently have but it causes problems. RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^.*/index.php RewriteRule ^(.*)index.php$ http://www.windowcle...forums.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L] The problem then is you can not login to admin and the notifications and message drop down at top of site gets stuck on loading does not actually drop down.
  15. Yes sure it is a simple edit to the .htacces or something but i am not sure. glad i read this though as didnt even notice!
