  1. How can I make a poll show in the custom blocks? Also, Is it possible to make 2 layers of blocks on top? I want to do one block that expands across the top, then 2 blocks side by side right below that.
  2. I want to use this links mod for multiple different purposes. Is it possible to install this twice as two separate applications, and maintain two totally separate lists in two different tabs? Maybe I could rename the original component after it's installed, then try installing it again?
  3. This app has been working great for me, however I noticed that it will not allow me to edit the menu in the template. I realized this when i was trying to remove the members tab, and rename the forums tab, and my changes were not taking effect. Once I disabled this hook, i saw all the template changes I made. is there any way to fix this?
  4. It should be easier to rename, reorder, and hide navigation tabs without having to edit code in various places. We should also be able to create new navigation tabs and point them to any URL we want, while having them highlight themselves properly just like all the other main tabs. I think this would make life much easier for many of us. Thank you.
  5. Do you know of a guide that explains how to use IP.Content to completely replace the portal? That might be a good solution.
  6. It would be nice to completely use IP.Content but i dont see how you can fully replace the portal with it. Also when I create multiple pages in IP.Content I get the issue of not being able to make the navigation tabs properly activate.
  7. Is there any way to make this hook show the upcoming calendar events instead, and make it work on the portal? I tried the vdagenda hook in the post above which is great, but i cant get it to show on the portal.
  8. I would really like to be able to make this show on the portal but can not figure out how to do it.
  9. Making the tab is the easy part. Making it highlight itself properly is the tricky part and nobody seems to know how to do it properly.
  10. Great mod, but I found a bug. it displays differently on the portal than it does on the forums. No matter what I try, i can't get them to look the same. Here is a sample block I created. You can see what the same exact block looks like on the portal, and on the forums. Portal: Forums: Here is the code in the box: This is a sidebar block which allows images, text, and html/scripting. We can use it for anything we want. It can also be displayed without the border/box around it. <br><br> This box can be changed by selecting the "Custom Sidebar Blocks" Application under the "My Apps" tab in the Admin Control Panel. <br><br> This box can only be changed by Administrators. I had to use two <br> tags otherwise all the text in the box would be all smashed together with no spaces at all when viewed on the portal.
  11. I just tried this and it didn't seem to change anything. I've gone through countless threads about this subject and they all seem to hit a dead end. Your solution is a new one i haven't seen, but it still didn't work for me. Unfortunately it seems like Invision made this way more complicated than it needs to be.
  12. I would very much like to see this added. It's a very important core feature that has been omitted. The tabs are the primary form of navigation, yet there is no easy way to create additional tabs that function like the others.
  13. That's exactly what i'm trying to do. Create new custom pages, then make a new tab for them within the navigation, and have the tabs highlight themselves normally as the active tab.
  14. I would really like to see the ability to create simple custom pages (with functional tabs). This seems like it should be really easy to do, yet i can't find a way to do it. People say to use IP.Content, but IP.Content does not allow you to simple create a new page with its own tab.
