  1. Perhaps SFS bans them before a complete submission into the database, so the spammer tries to register, and screws up your secret question, but SFS issues the ban anyways because it knows they are a spammer. I dont know the order of operations.
  2. They are probably registering and you just aren't noticing it. I was getting a TON of spammer registrations, but they didn't always make a post. Sometimes the posts came later, 1-2 months, etc. My issue has since been fixed after reimporting hooks. It is blocking people right now like crazy. Thanks for the awesome app!
  3. My settings at the moment are: Yes 5 90 50 Yes 5 90 50 Add blocked to ban filter, yes. Not a single person has been blocked and spammers are flowing through hardcore. All of them showing a near 100% SFS match and should have been blocked. EDIT: Looks like the hook never got installed because the old one was still installed. I did a reimport all hooks and it is showing now, will see if that fixes it :)
  4. I have had this mod installed for a few days now. I am still seeing a ton of validating members that when I load them and click the SFS tab, it shows with 99.74% score, with SFS reporting not blocking a single registration. Did I miss a step?
  5. Does this work with 3.3?
  6. That's why I said it's not perfect yet :P I haven't spent too much time doing anything other than proving it is possible at the skin level. CSS and formatting is not my thing. We purchase skins from Skinbox, so until they update their skins I don't update. So I haven't had much of any reason to try other than to prove possible.
  7. I have managed to screw with the skin enough to end up with something like this: http://dev.7thcavalry.us/topic/25499-website-revamp/ Not really perfect as of yet, waiting to see if IP can undo this dumb change. If not I will put more effort into it making it work better.
  8. Hello! I just deployed 3.2 to our dev test area, and just learned about the sadness that is removing Avatars. I understand the logic and support it even however, this has crippled us in an area. We have custom badges we make for our forum members that are 200x330. We used avatars for this, and people love them and have grown very adapted to them. However, in 3.2 it forces a crop down to a square image, that is so small this badge is unusable for its purpose. Is there a way that we can add in settings to control where images are forced to be cropped? IE during forum postings it isn't cropped? Or disable it all together? Until some type of solution can be developed, I am afraid we will be unable to use 3.2, it is that important to our community =(
  9. I'd have to agree with the rest here. If someone leaves the conversation and someone attempts to reply, it should prompt saying this is the case and offer to create a new conversation. I have had several complaints from members throughout 3.x history where people did this and had no idea that is how it worked.
