  1. Wondering if I am configuring something wrong, or if this is the way it should be? I want to display member age, so I have it set yes: However, it won't display the age unless I set the profile settings to Display Birthdate to ALL users.... SO, then I get the Age displayed (What I want).... But it ALSO then displays the birthdate: THAT I do NOT want..... This is unlikely a "real" birthdate, but a real birthdate would aid with identity theft. If I keep setting as I have it above, only Admin and Member can see it, then the age does not show in the block. Any way around this? Thank you
  2. I found a solution. Unsure why it worked. I turned off NGINX proxy mode (disabling apache) and switched site to dedicated NGINX. Everything came back up. It has always been FPM/Apache Dedicated... Not sure why that stopped working for Dev. Production site is still set that way and working fine.
  3. Thank you Randy and Jim. I did clear the cache multiple times. Additionally, this is my long standing Dev server, isolated storage etc... Usually when something like this happens, Recovery mode disables everything and allows me to then test... Not this time. I am perplexed. I installed the PayPal patch and then updated the two apps. All stated successful.
  4. Greetings! This pertains to my Dev site which is fully upgraded. Two third-party apps had updates; Members Country and Community Map. I updated the two apps and then all site formatting/theme was lost. Everything displays in "site map" format. I added recovery into the constants.php and that did not correct the issue. Then I deleted both apps and that did not correct it either. Any suggestions on how to recover? Thank you!
  5. Received the following error: Error (1061) Duplicate key name 'caption': addIndex ["gallery_images",{"type":"key","name":"caption","columns":["image_caption"],"length":[250]}] Error was received attempting query manually as well. Perhaps the key was added in a minor update? Anything to worry about? Thanks
  6. Update: Seems it was the Light Theme that was somehow corrupted. The Dark version was fine. Created a new theme and deleted the old and all is working fine. Only drawback is that members that had chosen the Dark theme will need to switch again. But all working, and that is what matters! Thank you to @Daniel F for checking in on the request I made in the wrong category,
  7. Update: It almost seems as something got corrupted perhaps? If I change the default Front site and every user to the default IPS theme, then the site renders. Set it to the IPSFocus theme and it fails, regardless of plugins or applications. Is there something in the DB I can check?
  8. Sorry, I entered the post here: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/472621-500-error-days-after-ip-change/#comment-2929856 I didn’t realize that I posted in the wrong place. The error I am receiving is there. Also, I can load the basic page in recovery mode… which is even more perplexing.
  9. Suddenly receiving a 500 error on one site after a server IP address change. Production site only, Dev site is fine... I can get into the Admin CP, but the site itself will not load. I have disabled all applications and plugins, and switched to default theme. Same issue. At a loss of what issue is considering dev site (on same server) is fine. Suggestions? This seems to be the predominate error in logs: Error: Class "IPS\Theme\Cache\class_core_front_global" not found (0) #0 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Theme/Theme.php(951): eval() #1 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Theme/Cache/Template.php(108): IPS\_Theme::overloadHooks() #2 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Theme/Theme.php(802): IPS\Theme\Cache\_Template->exists() #3 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(173): IPS\_Theme->getTemplate() #4 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/init.php(935) : eval()'d code(61): IPS\_Dispatcher->finish() #5 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Dispatcher/Standard.php(113): IPS\hook3137->finish() #6 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Dispatcher/Front.php(558): IPS\Dispatcher\_Standard->finish() #7 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(155): IPS\Dispatcher\_Front->finish() #8 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() #9 {main} #0 /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/init.php(1037): IPS\_Log::log() #1 [internal function]: IPS\IPS::exceptionHandler() #2 {main}
  10. I should have noted that I can get into the Admin CP perfectly fine. Just not the Site itself.

  12. I will try to help you. I believe you are speaking of the image carousel on the main Gallery page: Note the "Featured" tag on the image. If you choose to feature images, a manual process, then this carousel will scroll through ALL featured images. If you do NOT feature any images, the carousel will scroll through the last 5 uploaded (most recent) images. For my purposes, when a member creates a personal album, I select one image in their album to feature. To feature an image, you open the image, Scroll down to the "Manage Image" drop down menu, select "Feature" to toggle on/off as a featured image. Hope that helps you.....
  13. Well, that is somewhat true. If you do not have any featured images, it loads the last 5 (or whatever number) that were most recently uploaded. If you feature even 1 image, that behavior disappears. Not a thing wrong with it! Just something to keep in mind.
