Wat! its pretty attractive in my eyes :D is it the colors?

That's basically the default TS3 block that comes with the TS3 PHP Framework, with a dark background.  It's all the little pictures in it...

Here, check this one out, top right corner. https://www.tacticaladvantage.com  Hit the arrow on the top right corner of the block. :)

My gosh! my teamspeak block is pretty ugly to me, totally agreed now haha

What do you use? mine is just a gametracker banner http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.186.250.99:10940/

I built the block from scratch using bits and pieces of the TS3 framework to nab the data and feeding it into my own custom template with some simple javascript to hide empty channels.

I was working on a TS3 integration, but Ahmed beat me to it.  I'll release it as a viewer if there is enough interest.

You should definitely do then mate, cool sht! :D But don't count on me im really not interested in teamspeak since i never use it plus everything on my website are other admin choices especially banners from gametracker.com for rankings like the server banners we also use on bottom of the website

I would definitely be interested as I've yet to find a good Teamspeak 3 Viewer.
