Oliver Queen Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 Hey, in the past two weeks, our forums have had an increasing number of members notify us of an issue on our forums where they are unable to post. This includes posting on topics, creating new topics and creating new statuses. The forum will load up the topic or create a new topic screen but the reply box just remains gray so the members are unable to type in it. Here's a few pictures at what it looks like to them. http://imgur.com/a/e9AsQ Another issue that accompanied the above issues is that the banner on top of forums also no longer loads. http://i.imgur.com/u0O7EKK.png We've found that Cloudflare isn't the issue (I've even whitelisted my IP and it still wouldn't work) and the forum skin isn't the issue. We've also tried telling people to wait and see if the reply box eventually loads but even after half an hour, it still remained the same. However, we found that using a VPN allows for the reply box to load properly. Any ideas? or has anyone run into a similar issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
