I've turned on my server/host account Error Log. What all I am seeing is confusing to say the least. What the heck is this?

That's not an option unless they'd let you host your own PHP version.

Godaddy has PHP 5.3, 5.4 (Default), 5.5 as far as I know.

Any idea what's going on here?

Seems like misconfiguration on the server side (at least the first error).
