Been having major issues with the application, things have not been working properly since i first bought, my members keep getting random errors with this, also people are able to see the option in moderator tools even though the hook is disabled for their groups, clicking it will result int he forums crashing.

People are getting errors that they can't view the topic even though they have permission to do so.

Too vague. You need to be more specific. "Random errors" is not enough and tells me nothing. I can't start or look for a fix for "random errors".

If you or your members are experiencing issues, then I hope you're able to tell me exactly what happens and provide steps to reproduce.

The plugin for this app doesn't control "moderators permission". It ADDS a new item there. The permission checking keeps handled by the core.

I suspect there's something else (or more) on your board.

Hi @Adriano Faria.

Just bought this and I have a query. When a normal user, one with no moderator or admin rights makes a post, he gets a "Moderation Actions above his post. If he clicks that, he also gets the option to "Force Users to Read"

and then he can choose the group she can force to read his post...

Surely that's not right? I'd have thought only admins or moderators had that permission???

I've checked, and this seems to only be allowed if the user can delete their own content...

This is new right? Delete own content?  I'm 99% sure that I don't check permission for that menu, since it only appear to moderators. Now it appears to everyone who can delete the content.

I'll take a look.

Sorry i didn't mean to sound so negative, i appreciate the work you put into designing new plugins/applications, thanks for looking into this.

Cheers @Adriano Faria. It appears to the original poster so they can delete their own posts.

Apart from that, love it... ^_^

Hi there.

Which version are you using? Just installed and uninstalled the latest (2.0.3) and everything went fine.

Update to latest then uninstall it. Let me know if it's ok. ^_^

Using the latest version of IPB.

The message is displayed showing the language variable and not the actual message.

When I re-cached the system and IPB disabled the application - after I re-enabled it now it doesn't show on the public-side in any of the drop-downs to add a message.

Did you read the file descriprion? If you still see a red notice, that's why it still there.

I can still see it:

  • Know bug: the app works 100% if you add the POPUP TITLE and POPUP MESSAGE in all groups that you want it to be displayed. The app SETTINGS isn't working properly for now. It will be fixed and next days.

And no, no ETA for this.
