The last three times a new version has come out for IPS4 I follow through the upgrade process. However each time after completion my site displays an error and removes all access to my website( including the adminCP ). Any assistance would be much appreciated as I have had to re install my forum software several times and start over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
