So a few members on my site are starting to constantly rep and unrep a single post about 100 times to give someone alot of notifications, now this isn't really something I want to suspend/ban someone over, so I was wondering if I could disable the rep system for just individual specifc members? Limit the amount of reps people can give 2. Turn it off for a while 3. Get effected members to turn of notifications for likes. They only want to disable it for a few members... Not remove it entirely from the skin, or have to write custom code to check for each of the members they don't want to give rep.
