Ticket system broken "You did not enter a message"

I cannot reply to ticket 828175 or 828079 for some reason. Your system just keeps saying I did not enter a message.
So I am replying here. Per ticket 828175 and also ticket 828079 I acknowledge your standard disclaimer and would like xxxx.com and xxxx.com both upgraded to the latest version of everything.

Hello,

Please try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to submit a ticket again. We did upgrade invisionpower.com today to our latest software releases, however I am able to submit tickets presently without any issue. I suspect you need to clear your cache in order for the editor javascript to update in your browser.

I'm also having the same error with replying and posting a new ticket. Using google chrome. Please help!
