So if your board is not visited daily you might want to set it to no. If your board is visited daily you might want to set it to yes. As in: if your board is not visited daily it would be a waste of the cache to cache this stuff and if your board is visited daily then it wouldn't be (because it would be resource intensive to not cache the calendar and birthdays, thus making good use of the cache).
