Hi, we have big problem with reactions. Many users (more then five now) reported to us, that they have likes... that they didn't give to someone. We said to them to change password, but even after it they still reporting from few days the same ;/ We have changed our search to elastic and updated into 4.4.8 into last days. In Pages -> databases: the checkbox is always ticked for the records while editing. Is there any possibility to uncheck it by default?

I decided to display club content amongst other website content. Right now I have a club that holds a download area with 8 files in it. And this is what I get when I visit my regular Downloads page: So here are my obvious questions: What is it with that "(and -5 more)" link? There is nothing more other than 8 files in a single club. No more clubs, no more files, nothing. And most importantly: How to get rid of it? Hello, This is quite weird. No matter which theme I select, the option to select a file and upload it is unavailable from a mobile. Same user, but on desktop the option is available. Did 4.4.9 broke this? or I am overlooking something? Thanks for any tips

Hi, I wonder has anyone ever tried and successfully converted their Wordpress CMS Posts (aka new articles) into IPS Pages as articles? I have ran a conversion Wordpress 4.9.11 to IPS Pages 4.4.7 conversion. And I'd like to say that the converter does not pick up and transfer FEATURED IMAGES. It picks up all the images that are inside the news article BUT featured images are not coming along. I have even checked even media part of the pages suite - only the images found inside articles are found, featured images are not imported to media part of the suite. And what else is strange and bad that images that are embeded WITHIN ARTICLE TEXT ARE STILL SOURCED FROM THE…

I have just used Joomla converter migrating articles from Joomla into Pages. It works good except of images in the content. All images have relative path /images/imagename.jpg in the source of the article content. the path does not exist so that images are not shown. I have assumed that images will be converted to attachments. Am I supposed to move images folder from Joomla to IPS root? When I try to edit an article, the images are corrupted entirely getting the src=https://images/imagename.jpg. Is it how it is supposed to work or have I missed something?

I have a question about the "Transfer License" button under manage account. My community has a subscription for the forums and gallery. We want to transfer the license from one invision community account to another one. We bought the software suite in April and added in the gallery add-on last month. Now we have a new admin and need to change the license (main account holder) to a new invision account. But our forum domain and hosting are all staying the same. It is self hosted through Dreamhost. Is this do-able? Will that button accomplish this? By transferring to a different invision account, would that affect our hosted forums in any way? Would we need to rei…

On both my localhost and stage environments, applying the 4.4.9 patch that appeared today seems to have broken pages (with too many redirects and an inability to generate furls). Anyone else experiencing this before I go mad with a week of ticket?

I'm just looking at my site and my little shield (next to the padlock) is purple just like it's here on this forum. When having a look at it, is says fingerprints are present, which is: rtb.openx.net but I've got no clue what that is. I don't have odd things on my forums, only Google Adsense. I did use Viglink in the past but disabled that again. Also cleared cache, but no difference. Anybody a clue on where that rtb.openx.net fingerprint is coming from or when it's not from Adsense, how to remove that from my forums?

Hi, I have a member who purchased a subscription for 1 year. Due to lack of other subscribers, I've now reduced the cost of my subscriptions by 50% and want to double/extend this membership. What is the best way to do this, please? How should you comp members? I tried with another member who I previously gave a free subscription and it allowed me to just extend his sub simply by changing a date. Hi guys - I updated to 4.4.9 this morning before publishing an article. Now the time on the article I just published is UTC I believe. If I change publishing time to 10am central US time, it will say the article was published 6 hours ago.

So I have my test site all setup and works like a charm however when restricting it to just my ip it breaks and have to add /index.php to see the site and the acp is non-existent. Is there a way to resolve this or will I have to install it on a local machine to get it working? Any help/advice would be appreciated. I have been using Redis for some time now but updating to 4.4.8 I noticed that Redis is used for storage and caching. I was using MySQL database for storage and redis for caching. When I was updating Redis and went to re-enable redis caching I could no longer select MYSQL and redis caching, when selecting redis caching it configures redis for both caching and storage. Is this correct?? if it can be configured differently what is the best setup. redis for caching and storage, redis caching and MySQL storage or file storage. Would I have to configure through constants.php file if I wanted a different setup. Thank you

I require new users to purchase a subscription upon signing up to my site, and it appears that users who use a service to log in (e.g., Google, Twitter) are not required apparently? Is there a setting somewhere I am missing besides the "Force Subscription purchase when registering"?

We have right now a project that is not online yet. The live domain runs another CMS and will be replaced soon. The new content is now entered by team members on the test server, that runs IPS already. Team members set "internal" links in the database entries e. g. to contact page, calendar and so on. The issue we have: there are tons of links now that have a test domain instead of live domain. Like: text.example.com/contact instead of www.example.com/contact. The team members link what they see on the test server, additionally the pages with the same URL do not exist on the live domain. Hi, we are fighting this for whole week 😞 After every try of update of any application we got now: Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 1C133/9 The application you uploaded cannot be installed because it is not a valid application, the archive is corrupt or the file and directory permissions in /applications do not allow it. We have got 777 chmode on every files. We also have zip and other files (everything is on green when runnig help and diagnostic tools). Please help, we need to upgrade one critical aplications.

I have 40++ forums, I have been checking this out in-depth, what I found was all my forums but one was not listed in Google. What in the heck? 40 plus forums with thousands of posts not in google or have been submitted.. They were there years ago... Years ago my site went from hero to zero and I ost everything, now I know why, sitemap wasn't working and still years later is not.
