Hello one of our members reported an error when using the "next unread topic" link at the bottom of a topic: The error message states 2S136/J, the english translation is something like "No unread content". Is this a known error? Anyone had this before on 4.4.10? Thanks, Thomas

Hello Guys, I just renewed my license and try to auto upgrade from v4.1.19.3 to latest version. And i got this error after it extracted latest version files and redirected to next step. Now i have lost access to my front-end and back-end. Same error on both side. I created a ticket for official support but don't know how long it will take for a reply. Any suggestion how to get rid of this error and get back my site online? Or is there anyway to get older version files. v4.1.19.3 .. And replace them back. I'm looking into client area and can't see any option to get older release.

I use elastic mail for the site emails, so people get notifications through that and can opt out. I've recently just gone through and deleted the contacts with bouncing emails or those who have unsubscribed in elastic email so that the future notifications only go to those who are still active in elastic email. My question is that I want to send out a bulk email from the IPS ACP, if I select every member, will that get filtered by elastic email to only send to those who are active in elastic email or will it send to everyone regardless of the elastic email settings? Hi there! Several of my members have asked if I can link widget titles to the corresponding forum. For example, I have a Music News Topics widget on the homepage. Would be cool if you clicked the title of the widget and it linked you to the Music News Forum. I tried using html in the widget title spot, but it actually shows the HTML and doesn't link. Any idea how this can be done? Is this a good/bad idea? 🙂

I've just started getting this message, as have my members. Members can edit their own content and the time limit in the ACP is set to unlimited. I just tried to edit one of my posts, immediately after posting it, and I got the message. Before today, this wasn't a problem. Not sure what's changed. Looking through the Admin logs, nothing was done in there to cause this. "This comment can no longer be edited. It may have been moved or deleted, or too much time may have passed since it was posted for it to be edited." Anyone else have this happen?

My forum is starting to get over run by spammers who are real people registering, they bypass the recaptcha and a knowledge required security question, then post a few vague things to topics, like "that's cool" etc before eventually posting an advert with a link in. They seem like real people doing this and I don't know how to counter it, any suggestions?

Hello, I wish to know how to change IPS completely from http to https including all the attached files, images, each and every element of the site. Edit: I have changed board url using conf_global.php to https But the user profile images is still loading http file and hence showing broken images

Good afternoon, I saw a notification in my admin panel yesterday saying my server does not meet requirements. There were a few php extensions mentioned, and something about not being able to run auto updates (?), but when I logged back in today to review things, the notification was gone. Can someone please tell me why I got this message, and I need to do to rectify this situation.

I want to create a "$1 donation" subscription, which is set as a non-renew, would this act similar to the donation feature? Or will there be some implications using the subscription system this way? The reason I want to use this is so it keeps the donations stuff with the other subscriptions (which are annual) that I have, to try and upsell users.

Hi everyone, One of my forums doesn't get a lot of activity consistently, so I'm getting a message that I need to set up a cron job for tasks. The dire warnings of what will happen if I don't do this correctly has me spooked. Please tell me if this is what I need to do: Go to Cron jobs in cPanel. Click on Common Settings , then Once per minute. Paste in the code exactly as it's given to me by my IPS software. Click add Cron job. Then go to Advanced Configuration in my ACP and change task setting to Use Cron job. Is that right? Am I missing anything? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, I just had a spammer who used private messages sent to a lot of users. I marked him as spammer but it does not delete the users private messages, and I don't see an option anywhere to do so. Did I miss something ? I think we should have a way to delete a user's PMs and that marking as spammer should be able to do it automatically. Thanks.
