Hi, we just had a user reported that this user experienced four times redirect or self redirect on the same URL, however there is a query string of "?usingEditor=1&csrfKey=01c9e6d56e554d83713fa4f4bd1d3f38" And the editor would not or could not send or submit a reply, I notice this in the editor (screenshot with red box) I could not reply, however when I removed that query string, the actual URL, I can submit reply. So what makes it self redirect with that query string?

I have another problem. If I have a public club in which I create a database for club moderators only, then anyone (including users who are not members of the club) can read the database. If I revoke the rights in the ACP in the database permissions, they can no longer access it, but they see it permanently under unread content in the activity feed.

When a poll allows for multiple answers, the percentage are tallied as a percent of answers, when they should be tallied a a percent of voters? For example below, 53 voters out of 69 have selected the 2nd answer, that should be 76.81% and not 22.94%?

I have a plugin that was purchased from the marketplace and the dev will not respond to repeated requests for the file since the marketplace closed. Question...is there a way to download the files from my server (hooka folder, index.hml and settings.php) for the plugin and make it into an xml that will work like the original xml file did? Thanks

I've been trying to post an image that readers can click and go to another site. I've tried several different ways and either the link doesn't work, or the image doesn't appear. First, can clickable images be posted on Invision sites and second, if they can be posted, HOW!? Keep in mind, I have absolutely NO idea what I'm doing and, if anyone chooses to help, I need it explained in the simplest way possible - LITERALLY the simplest, step-by-step instructions that even a small primate with a cognitive defect AND a traumatic brain injury would understand. ANY help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Pages database. It uses star rating (not reviews!). I have set sorting by rating in descending order: The sorting is weird, though: Item with 15x5 stars and 1x1 star. Item with 17x5 stars only. Item with 25x5 stars and 3x1 star. Item with 23x5 stars only. Item with 6x5 stars and 1x1 star. Item with 16x5 stars and 1x6 stars. Item with 7x7 stars and 7x7 stars. Does it make sense? Obviously, the item #4 should be placed at the very top, following by item #2. Should it not be sorted by average as total rating divided by number of votes? Or what is meant with Sort by Rating?

My forum is getting emails bounced by "Mailchannels" whenever someone is following a topic and I of course get notified by my server host that has occurred. This was happening with 4.7.2.1 and now with 4.7.16 Here is their support response as to why that is happening Is there any way I can correct this myself? Where would I enter a message ID and what ID number would that be? Thanks

Should worry do something or i can process with upgrade without any problem ? I just updated my test forum and my live forum to 4.7.16. The test forum shows no compatibility problems at all but on my live forum it shows one app has a compatibility problem with PHP 8.1 which I am running. both forums are identical so kind of confusing. The app in question is working fine on both forums, so the question is...what happens if I click the "Fix It" button? Thanks

We are trying to remove the Classifieds 2.1.1 Application that is disabled since the Marketplace shut down. Unfortunately, the Uninstall option goes to a blank page and nothing is removed. Is there a process to remove Apps manually?

Hello, I would like to inquire whether it is possible to obtain a license for my staging domain. I intend to use "stage.mydomain.com" for testing and upgrading new IPS Community versions before applying them to the live app. However, please note that the staging domain will not be live. When I try returning to the first page of the topics list, I am redirected back to origin page (with an appended '?'). Selecting any other page works correctly, this occurs in all forums (that I've tried), and within the default theme too. Examples: /#-forum-name/page/4/ => /#-forum-name/ => /#-forum-name/page/4/? /#-forum-name/page/4/ => /#-forum-name/page/2/ /#-forum-name/ => /#-forum-name/page/4/

Hello, When I have a forum/subforum with XX pages and I press "next" to see the next page it give me nothing Also pressing on the number " page 2 " give's me a new page only in url, but the content do not change. I'm Using the last version of the board. I did disable all third party addon, etc but the problem still persists.

I upgraded my test board from 4.7.1.2 to 4.7.16 and during the night I am getting this fatal error email from my host and I am running PHP 8.1... Fatal error: The task was called with PHP version 7.3.33 while PHP 8.0.0 is required. in /home/casitafo/public_html/invboard4/applications/core/interface/task/task.php on line 39 So before I upgrade my live board I would like to get this resolved, so can somebody tell me what is going on? I suspect it has something to do with an application and not a plugin but which one? Thanks

Here is a profile that uses a word in one of our word filters. It's a 4 letter word that starts with "s" and ends with "t". It appears that the word filter does not work in custom profile fields. Do you know if this is an oversight? Or is this an intentional design? Btw, none of us care about the s word in the profile, but we are wondering why the filter hasn't been applied. Thanks!
