Google News Sitemap plugin for Invision?
Claudia999 replied to georgebkk's topic in General Questions
Did you try his plugin? It works for me at latest version of IPS. -
Number one thing I would recommend is disabling all third party applications and plugins and switch to an unmodified theme. Often these are the culprits of some wonky performance and getting the software back to it's core would be ideal in troubleshooting that. Sounds like your on a managed VPS, so I would also go back to your hosting provider and ask for more details. They have the responsibility and tools to tell you what exactly is causing a performance issue on their machine. It could be a misconfiguration and your VPS is not fully optimized to use all the resources which you have.

We are currently on a VPS (6 core CPU, 8gb RAM, CentOS 7) and getting random, 5 second page loads. I've done various checks and can't see any obvious causes, this seems more to do with a connection to the server as the delay is before any page assets are loaded. Low traffic site with perhaps <10 active users < 60 guests. Can anyone suggest what maybe the cause or a way I can diagnose it more accurately? I've messaged the host who have just said that the forum takes "a lot of resources" but can't be any more specific about it.

Minimizing transaction fees in Commerce

They could ignore what you put on the manual method for instructions, and leave it there. In which case you would have an item there to approve, which you would have to sort manually -

This is our May maintenance release. This release also improves bruteforce detection for logins and updates to local Stripe payment methods (such as iDEAL, Sofort, Giropay, Bancontact).

I'm looking for a Google News sitemap plugin for latest version of Invision. @Andy Millne did one but no longer supported, it seems. Anyone can advise here?

Minimizing transaction fees in Commerce
PrettyPixels replied to PrettyPixels's topic in General Questions
Thank you, Marc. What kind of downfalls would I be dealing with? -

There is no facility that would allow you to do this, no. You could potentially do topics, which would then delete the attachments with it, but thats the only method built in. The system won't allow items to be deleted that is attached to an item of content.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

Minimizing transaction fees in Commerce
Marc Stridgen replied to PrettyPixels's topic in General Questions
Well, each item you select the payment methods that are allowed to be used The only thing I can think is going to be an issue here, is you 'have' to allow a least 1. So you may need to put a manual method in or something to state to use account credit. Its not a perfect solution, and there will be downfalls to this approach -

Is there any mechanism to delete images that were uploaded by members over 5 years ago, for example? My board is starting to consume more space than I'd like on my server, and I thought this could be a quick win.

Minimizing transaction fees in Commerce
PrettyPixels replied to PrettyPixels's topic in General Questions
Thank you, @IPCommerceFan. Yes, I would really appreciate the share. 🙂 That sounds perfect @Marc Stridgen. Ideally. I'd like to set up a system where all paid member-submitted items are required to be paid with account credit (clubs, downloads, etc.). The only exceptions (that can be paid with credit cards, PayPal, etc.) are purchasing account credit, advertising, or account upgrades from the site. Is it possible to set the system up this way? -

Invision Stripe integration, direct debit?
Marc Stridgen replied to ekforum's topic in Technical Problems
I know there was a suggestion went in for DDs above. Its not on the plans at present I dont believe, but thats not to say it wont be at some point in the future -
I just had this from GoCardless... It would be great to see a Direct Debit integration. It pays to use Subscription templates Could you be using Subscription templates to automate the way you collect payments and manage multiple subscriptions with ease? A reminder of how it works Think of a Subscription template as a one-to-many relationship. You can create Subscription templates for different levels or tiers of goods or services, for example, a bronze, silver and gold gym membership. Simply assign your customers to the relevant template and you can then easily edit and manage your subscriptions in bulk. Create a Subscription template in a few simple steps: 1. Create a new subscription template 2. Go to the Customers page to add them to a Subscription template 3. Or invite new customers to a subscription template Or follow this easy step-by-step guide for more details.

ibf_core database error
DawPi replied to ntrivilino@alice.it's topic in Classic self-hosted technical help
I suggest you to truncate that table named ibf_core_sitemap, make the upgrade and rebuild sitemap at the end.
