  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. Hello, there are no background processes running and rebuilding the search index has not solved the problem.
  4. Are there any stuck tasks in ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes? If not, could you please try rebuilding your search index in ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index, then please let us know if that helps.
  5. HEIC is only supported by Safari at this time and minimal at that: https://caniuse.com/?search=heic . If it ever becomes more widely supported, I'm sure, we'd improve how they get embedded.
  6. I have another problem. If I have a public club in which I create a database for club moderators only, then anyone (including users who are not members of the club) can read the database. If I revoke the rights in the ACP in the database permissions, they can no longer access it, but they see it permanently under unread content in the activity feed.
  7. So, is there any way to configure things so that HEIC photos can be uploaded and viewed within the post like a .jpg?
  8. They won’t install unless you actively click to install them in the admin cp
  9. Sorry. I have not kept up with these changes because everything has been running so well until recently. You are right, a CDN is a better option for all the long term unknowns I am worried about.
  10. Thanks very much 🙂 Mine is set to 85%, so I do not believe this is my problem. Upwards and onwards to the next thing!
  11. I am simply guessing. It could be many, it could be something else entirely. The only thing we know is that it is going beyond what your hosting provider allows. You would either need to do the transfer manually or ask them for further assistance. You will want to check that path there to ensure it is correct and ensure that it is writable. If you are unsure, please contact your hosting provider or disable template disk caching.
  12. So if it's trying to move a large file, that may be causing an issue? Looking at System>Files>Attachments and sorting by size, I see a few large files. Could I simply delete these? Do you think that would jiggle it loose? Along with the Cron Job recommendation, I set up the cron job on the server. When I tried saving the task method on the Advanced Configuration, I got this: I looked on my FTP to look at permissions (using Filezilla), I see these permissions:
  13. Sounds to the degree, if this is taking longer than 90 seconds, it may not be possible to process this fully. I.e. if one image is exceeding that and it needs 91+ seconds to bring it down, your hosting provider will stop it from functioning.
  14. Ok, I just didn't want all those new applications to install next time I run the upgrade
  15. I have a fair amount of traffic. About 40-80 users usually at a time. I figured the regular traffic would be sufficient. But I can try setting up a cron job if that will jiggle loose the stuck background tasks.
  16. The question there was how to do this without being broken due to leap years 🙂
  17. Yes, if you change you will get all applications in your download
  18. You should absolutely set up a cron job for your background tasks if you havent already, as that will certainly make them very very slow if you havent traffic to your site.
  19. Switch off archiving and it will ask if you wish to unarchive. That will be done gradually in the background (you will not actually see a background task in the list, if thats what you are looking for)
  20. Maybe the versions of GD/Imagemagick are different on this server than the one hosting my stuff... In theory it should not, but who knows, maybe a freak extreme case. Also I notice there's lots of entries in the system logs ... maybe there's something in there.
  21. This is how I do it @Orioni @Marc Stridgen as this equates to what you are trying to do: Basically, the best way is to just calculate the days in the years you want. Its not 100% technically correct with leap years, etc, but I can't see anyone disagreeing with this approach and its worked perfectly for us. Here's a few in the list I have set up: Hope this helps! 😄
  22. Happy to report that we've not experience this since. We do keep the software updated and are current running Invision Community v4.7.16.
  23. Currently when I download the package from the client area I get calendar, pages and forums in the applications folder. If I change license does all applications come in the download package?
  24. I got this from HostGator: I turned off all extensions, custom themes, and disabled all of the integrations. I have about 35 background processes that are still stuck. The Moving Attachment Files seemed to cause the whole issue. I turned off Submitting Data to IndexNow extension, but those are still in by BackgroundProcesses queue. The Reindexing comments on Hello, Beginner Here has also been stuck for several days. It will process other things every once in a while, but it's slow. The rest still seems to be stuck. I'm not sure what to do. Is there a way to kill the background process? Or maybe see what Moving Attachment Files is stuck on? Or maybe I have some server environment settings in the Advanced Configuration area that aren't playing nice? Setting up a cron job help? I'm really grasping for straws. I really don't know what is going on or what to do next. I'm afraid this is going to crash my entire site. Can someone log in and see what's going on? 🙏
